Default Rolling, Pulling and flaring

I am looking at purchasing a set of Miro 398's in 18X9.5 with a +20 offset for the rear. i want to run 285 rear tire, this will put my overall width around 11 to 11.5 at the max width and adding in the offset that leaves me with 2.3 inches on the fender side i need to clear. Is this do able without shaving or cutting my fender? between the techniques 3 listed above can i fit this?

I have seen 9-9.5" rears running +40 offsets with a very small fender roll and no camber on 19's. You might want to run a +30 offset or it might require quite a bit of camber to fit them in. This is just from the research i have been looking at.
