How to remove the ECU?

Default How to remove the ECU?

I know the ECU is under the passanger seat, but do you actually need to remove the seat? anyone wanna give me a walkthrough? TIA!

So the SC 300/400’s have the ECU under the front passenger seat? Mine is in the floor under the dash on the passenger side of my Soarer.

its not under the seat, its under the pass. side floor board close to the firewall. basically its the same as your soarer but on the other side

Remove passenger side molding and carpet, unhook the three main connectors on ECU, unbolt, and you're done.

Make sure you are grounded before handling the ECU. (I poped one when I worked for FORD)
