How do I get to the ECU in LS400. How hard is it? Where do I access it from?

It's for a good cause.

when my check engine light came once a mechanic said i might hav a bad ECU so they took it out. I remember them showing me it was connected under the glovebox.....i think if u just remove that panel in front of the passenger seat (the one with the little dome light in it) it should be a metal box that looks similar to a hard drive......hope this might help......

Cool, thx a lot. I have a diagram but it does not show where the computer is exactly.
