sc400 six speed?

i already searched for this but i couldnt find anything so heres my question. On a 2000 SC400, is it possible to hook up a six speed manual transmission from say a supra or any other good vehicle?

there is an adaptor plate and clutch kit that mvp motorsports sell, then u gotta beat the tranny well in a bit, and make a drive shaft.

I think a few gs400 guys are doing it.

alot more people have em. Thox i think the name is, makes the kit as well... but it would be easier to go with MVP. good luck Lot of banging to make it fit.

This and a Supra LSD are in my future. Does anyone have any pictures of what the console in the car looks like? Can you just use a 5 speed one from a 300? Also, I heard that it's hard to have aftermarket headers with this swap. Any truth to that?

check out the drivetrain section at www.lextreme.comfor some really good info. they got the W58, R154 (both 5 speed), and V160 (sixspeed) adaptors. really good site for the techies here.
