Default DIY: sc400 muffler

I just made this exhaust today, its angled and slightly pointing upwards. It has a deep tone and a good rumble. I just changed the muffler part and the rest is stock. hope you like it.

I can probably make some for you guys for cheap upon request. Just PM me.

For some reason, I just don't like the idea of a V8 with a N1 looking canister exhaust.

Looks good tho. But it just bothers me a little seeing that.

I LIKE HOW THAT SOUNDS ALOT. Its got a WOooooooo sound to it, not like the typical V8 Gluglugluglug sound. What mufflers did you use?

EDIT: Could you also add a driveby clip to see how it sounds while in motion?

Hi, I saw your post in youtube. Its an N1 type muffler. I got the muffler for free from a friend. I can use any muffler and piping size combo available if you want me to make you one. PM me.

Nice- that looks awesome.

Personally, I prefer the N1 style over the common Magnaflow 1434723944987 style canisters

Awesome! Love the sound

I'm glad not everyone is having their SC400 sound like a mustang.

i just chopped off the stock flange from the stcok one and just fabricate the axle-back from there using left-over pipes from my garage.

but if you guys want me to make some, im gonna get new flanges and pipes.
and you guys can choose from a 2.5" piping or 3" piping.

it's going to be a bolt-on axle back exhaust system for your ride.

set up looks interesting. Not a fan of the cannon mufflers, but definitely has to feel good as a DIY. I used a couple old socks, some rubbing and polishing compound to clean my tips today. Took five years off the tail end. Another good DIY...for the stock muffs.
