Default 1jz power steering pump

i believe that my power steering pump is going out on my 1jz. makes a little noise. just wanted to know if i would need to find a 1jz PS pump or if any of the other pumps (2jz-te or 2jz-ge) would fix the problem. thanks

The ge will most likely not work... with the turbo intake, you'll need the pump with the remote fluid reservoir.

I was about to say the same thing use the GE and I'm assuming you already have a SC400 or TT MKIV Resevoir.

also make sure that there is fluid in it. If theres a leak in the line which is very common, it will make that noise when it gets low, if you just fill it up it will be fine, then fix the leak obviously.
