u might have to remove fender trim and a light roll in the back. fronts are fine. i would run 225 45 18, 255 40 18.

i'll be dropping it using either tanabe or eibach. espelir will be too low for me. will be matching it up w/ tokico shocks.

one question. i did some research on this forum about suspension setups and saw lot of people were using TT parts (both stock and aftermarket) rather than going with parts designed for the SC. why is that? can i get some input? sorry for this newbie question.

there are alot more options when it comes to supra parts. SC's are limited to , tanabe, eibach, espiler. and our shock options are KYB GR2, and tokico blue.

check out this thread.... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...t=supra+eibach

I was looking at those same wheels too, lol...it's probably quite a few of us on here looking at the same stuff.

People use TT suspension parts instead of parts made for the SC because there's more parts available for the Supra than is available for the SC...and since they share the same chassis this benefits the SC community greatly. And also because most things made for "Toyota" are generally cheaper than things made for "Lexus"

You will most likely need to modify your rear fenders to fit these wheels if you lower your car.

and they're @ $500 dude, brand new I would just prefer a wider wheel up front personally.

Decent rims can be found for under $1k if a person takes a little time and looks for them.

I'd like to see pics of this fitting fine...

mine are 19x9.5 +35 offset, and with a 275/30-19, they would rub until I rolled the fenders, even with stock ride height when I would hit a bump... now, with rolled fenders, they are about 3 mm away from the tire when the suspension is compressed...

if you do the math, you have an extra 17mm worth of wheel outside where mine sits currently...

More like 6.45mm but Hey I just pick up the black faced ones in the same size and I plan on putting 245/40s 285/35s on them and rolling the crap out the fenders. Good luck sir

17 was correct...

here's the math:

to figure front side:

width of his wheel + .5" = 11" / 2 = 5.5" with no offset whatsoever convert to mm, 5.2*25.4 = 139.7mm, subtract 30 mm offset, for 109.7 mm front sidewidth, from the hub to the front side of the wheel...

width of my wheel, 9.5" +.5" / 2 = 5", convert to mm, 127mm, subtract 35 mm offset, and you get 92mm

109.7-92 = 17.7mm difference frontside between my wheel and his wheel...

I've been doing this for years, I know the numbers in my head as I put in the first post...
