How do I remove Climate Control head unit?

How do I remove Climate Control head unit?
I am changing out Climate Control head unit on '93 SC300. The trim is removed, but unit will not budge. Please send help!!

there are 2 metal plates that are screwed to the radio and a/c head u need to remove the screws on the ac head to remove it
