Default How do you remove the head unit of a 2000?

I was planning on getting an alpine head unit for my 2000 es300 and i was wondering how would i go about removing the stock one without scratching the wood or anything else.

Also does anyone know where i could get a good plastic piece to mount the receiver into?

Ben

Ben, the following link should help you in safely removing the '00 ES stock HU.

2000 ES 300 stereo removal

Also, I posted a couple pictures of my HU disassembled from my '01 here when I checked out the burnt out climate control bulbs.
