Is it recommend to replace all my fluids with synthetic? Please help advice. Should I bring it to lexus or do it myself

If you can do it your self then do it. I do my oil and trans. Stay with a synthetic oil and Toyota's trans fluid. I dont drive my sc 400 very much. I do 3,000 miles in 5 to 6 months. I change the oil and drain the trans over night. Just add as much fluid as you remove.

 

how do I replace the transmission?
since you have a sc400, the next time you drive can you give me the rpms @ 40, 60 and 80 mph
