Should I change the color?

When my 92 sc4 is finished being redone, I am going to get it repainted and I don't know if I should change the color or redo it as is.

I wanted to post the pic from the gallery, but I can never get it right. I don't know if you have seen it , but it is the garnet pearl with the black on the front smoked out headlights.

How did you make those High Beams black? And I'm sure they longer function as high beams right (i.e. not bright anymore because there is no reflective coating)?

Paint the top of that trunk black and I think your two-tone look will be GREAT. Right now it looks kinda weird with the black roof but red trunk.

BTW, you're front bumper looks AWESOME. I like the blacked out corners, makes the bumper look aftermarket with the bottom parts painted black.

If you want to stay in the 'red' family, I would change it to Matador red, as seen on the new IS250/350 and new GS models. If you stayed with a metallic red it would keep the engine bay from looking too strange. Otherwise, you'll need to pull the engine and paint all the jambs to make it look right.

that red and black one looks kinda like some sort of super villain's costume

I'd say get the pearlized emerald color Jaguar uses and get that with soem dark bronze wheels(TT wheels, that's my next color combo for the turbo SC3)

all the way! as for red..... stick to the stock red colors I say.

I just called the guy the other day and asked him to paint the top of the trunk lid. I originally told him to paint it, but there was a communication error. He said originally he would add it and not charge any extra. In regards to the high beams and the headlights they still work fine. It is smoked on the outside not the inside. Then buffed with the highspeed. I just picked up a whole brand new all redone leather interior 2 new door panels and a whole bunch of other parts for practically nothing. And had the old taken out an new put in for free, plus some of the other parts also put in for fee.
