Default SC Love

Today was the first time I drove my SC since I got the G35 8 days ago. Let me say I have been digging the acceleration and handling of the G35. The exhaust note is to die for. I feel like I'm driving a real sports car....I guess it is a real sports car cause it's not very comfortable either. It's okay though, I'm comfortable enough. Anyway, I though I would just not enjoy driving the SC anymore. Boy was I wrong. My mods have given it the perfect ride. Great handling but still luxury, which I prefer. The car is sooo comfortable. Sooo much leg, hip and shoulder room. What surprised me is the acceleration is not up to the G35 but no slouch either. The exhaust note, also not the G but no slouch. I had fun driving the car.

The real test will come after the break in period is over with the G35. I haven't put my foot in it yet. Yesterday, I lost concentration and got up to 90 mph on the interstate. I want to obey the break in so I backed off. There was a Corvette and I lost my concentration momentarily. It's nice to know I can ride with the fast cars. Not beat them but I can ride with them, especially since I got skills.
Can't wait to ride with the SC Turbo crew again...they won't leave me now.

I didn't say I could beat the turbo's just that I could hang. I am getting too old to race. BUT, on our drives up the road, the biggest problem the SC had was acceleration. Once you're past 100 there is only so fast you can drive on the interstate. Now I have acceleration to go with good driving skills. No, I won't be left anymore Ed.

It's black. Beautiful black. I don't know what I was thinking, 2 new black cars. I'll be spending all my time cleaning cars.
As for tranny type it's both. Well, it's auto but it has that cool tiptronic or whatever it's called. Shifting without a clutch is cool to me, way better in bumper to bumper traffic. I put a couple pics in the car chat section. There'll be a lot more when the wheels are on. PS2's should be here in a couple days, wheels next week, hopefully.
