Default Dome light removal

I did try to search this topic to no avail.

My interior dome light has burnt out (but my map lights still work) and I would like to replace it. I tried using a small screwdriver to pry it off but I was afraid to scratch the lens and plastic around it.

Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance for any help !

pry harder, it'll pop off. You'll see a little area to shove the screwdriver, I think it's on the left side

I find it easier to use something with a fine tip or a small flathead screwdriver would work perfectly.
