Replacing dome light..

How do you open that plastic piece to replace the dome light?

do a search for the waynetech lighting mods thread

summary:
unscrew teh 2 screws in the eyeglass holder (behind the tabs)
pry down the end closes to you.
This gives you access to the dome lights
