ok whats wrong here please help 911
ok this has been going on for a while now, i thought it was the rotor and shocks its maken a grindin noise like the rotor and the rim is touching, well i replaced both...the shock made a bigg difference, also the rotor.... but i still hear the noise, so i jacked the car up notised the wheel shakes i checked the lug nuts all tight i dont know what it is can some one help has anybody else came across the same problem, aslo when i drive the car and park it the wheel looks like it wants to fall off its leaning outwards please help!!!
have you checked your brake pads? how about the dust sheild behind the rotor? lastly i would take it in for an alignment to see what your geometry is for your suspension. pads when worn will make a metal on metal noise along with the rotor rubbing against the dust sheild. if you say your wheel is leaning outward, which part is leaning out, the top or the bottom? you may have worn bushings/balljoints/etc. try and check those two items and if it still persists then check the suspension components. an alignment shop will be able to do so also if u go and get an alignment.
Leaning outwards sure does sound like the ball joints. This is where the wheel swivels on it's steering axis. Or the A-arm bushings where they mount to the body. Somethings worn out in the suspension, as the leaning outwards is likely damaging the tire. If the ball joint fails, then it "really" leans out.
two words.... Wheel bearing.
Take the ebrake back off and try to shake the wheel+tire to death and feel for play in it. if there is then it is a wheel bearing. if not then check to see if something is bent in the suspension.
edit: with the wheel that your working on up in the air do this stuff. jackstands

the wheel bearing is located in the spindle behind the brake rotors. they will need to be pressed out by a professional and can be done at most auto repair shops. i would call up your local place, tell them what you think it is and have them inspect (just to double check) and repair.
