Just got this about a month ago, 92' SC400, one owner, every option, 50K, came with brand new yokohama's, brand new brakes, brand new battery, brand new tint, everything works! paid 10,700, what do you guys think about that price?
from what i can see it looks great. i picked my 93 5speed with 83k on it for 6600 so id say you got a decent deal with all the new parts. good luck with the car
I got my 96 sc400 last month. Paid 10k for it. It has 64000 miles.
besides having a few dings & scratches ;' the car is in perfect condition. Just need to do some mods though. tomorrow the tint & wheels/tires. Ill go with the hp evo wheels. maybe an 18" .
I got my 92 SC4 about 4 years ago... it had 49K miles and was a single owner and I paid a little more, I think 12,000 or so. Mine didnt have any dings or anything wrong with it whatsoever.
Thank you all for your kind words and for making me feel welcome! I bought it at Danny Voight's Auto here in ABQ., great people! He was selling for a good friend who is, yes, a senior citizen. They put on tires, brakes and I had them re-do all the tint, new battery, two speakers, new leather on the back seat hump area before I would close the deal...even came with a phone, don't think I'll be using it.
Don't know about rims yet, just might want to keep it the way it is, we'll see. I am learning a lot here on this site, thanks to everyone!!!
I have a set of aza z2 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with a 35mm offset looks exactly like the hp evos but with a better offset almost brand new condition for 650 shipped. No tires
Hmmm sounds interesting. & you're right .. the aza z2 looks really like the hp evo..... Ill shop around first. I was looking at the silver hyper light ones...
Some might say the price is a little high but if the inside looks as good as the outside, you got a good deal. We're talking about an over 40K car with only 50K miles in mint condition...sounds good to me. I won't tell you what I paid for mine...unless someone asks.
