Default steering wheel blue

I have been contemplating on refinishing the steering wheel and I found this few days back. This seems to be brand new item just came out on the market from “Professional’s Favorite” which is now on sale at Advance Auto. For ten dollars, it sure looks good and because it is made out of real leather, this should be a good cheap alternate solution to cover up the steering wheel. I have been contemplating on refinishing the wheel at $350-$500 but from what I can see from the other forum members, the center air bag cover didn’t live up to the new look. Also a replacement from ES, TRD and others was too much work for me and also didn’t want to worry about airbag compatibility issues. I think this is my permanent solution to worn out steering wheel. The color matches very close to the interior color especially to the two tone leather I got from ‘leatherseats.com’ so I am very happy with the look. I did a search against the company and looks like they only have three different types. Mine is APF726 and you should be able to find this on various places and they all have same price.

NICE!!!!

I have been trying to refinish my steering for ages, and was contemplating purchasing an IS wheel with money i don't have . After that I saw the thread on "Dying tan pieces black" and found out that Leatherique will allow me to redo my entire interior at the cost of $120 and one week. So maybe, I'll put the Leatherique on hold until next summer and use this instead!! Thanks!! Do you think they'll have it at Pep Boys or AutoZone, we dont have an Advanced Auto here

Seems Advance is the only product seller for Professional's Choice Corinthian Leather Steering Wheel Covers. Unfortunately for me, the product is not yet available on the Advance online store. I'll try to have my brother bring one up for me this weekend from ATL. I hope I can get one!!

CompuMan, that looks like a great website for a custom wheel cover!! I wish i had that kinda money tho haha, can't afford $49 for a wheel cover at this point!!

Wink Wheel Skin

I am sorry to hear that you can't afford the wheelskin. It is a great cover. It looks and Feels like the leather that it is. It also comes in a number of colors. Mine match my new two-toned interior.

Go to Target, whip out $10, buy their all black synthetic fabric wheel cover. I love mine so much, its looks great with the interior, doesnt clash at all, and feels awesome. So cheap too

Aero, your interior = tan? And the black wheel cover looks good even with the tan airbag center piece?

I'd appreciate the pic man, even in the auto's, the casing for the shifter is all black, only the shifter itself is tan, so it shouldnt clash too much.

Thanks Aero, The cover doesn't look black at all in the first pic But i see the darkness in the 2nd one, Looks good, I think I'm gonna spring on the Professional's Favorite ones and the Target ones, see which one looks more than the other, and return one. I gotta see and feel them both first hand LOL. I never knew you had cloth!

P.S. Still didn't get those rims painted, even though this weekend was a prime op.

Haha glad to help man, whichever you like better is the one for you. And you'll get around to those rims sometime dont worry. Oh yea, the cloth seats, got a crazy good deal from DETUNED (thanks again man), and parted out/sold my old leather seats. Its probably my most favorite mod Ive ever done (well, maybe it ties my subwoofer). In Florida, cloth > leather a million times over
