Default Aoshima Soarer Scale Model

I went to the Super Autobacs store to look for a die cast model of a Soarer but ending up finding the Aoshima plastic model kit for 21.99. For those who built this kit, how are the instructions since the whole package is entirely in Japanese, unlike the Tamiya kits, how are the instructions? Can u guys post pictures of the assembled ones?

That box looks different from the one that I was going to buy. That one comes with paint?? It irritates me that they can make a die cast car for almost all imported car except for ours.

I'd get one if I had the time and money. I have at least 10 Tamiya's sitting in my closet waiting to be put together :-(.

i've posted this before...partly completed. the paint has been stripped off since this picture.

who needs die-cast? plastic models can be much better than any die cast you can get.

I think I know which one you are talking about. The original Aoshima Soarer Drift Machine from Japan. That kit is nice. I havent assembled mine yet but when I do I will post up pics.
They can be purchased from HLJ.COM. I trust them because they ship straight from Japan. It took about a month for mine to get to my house. I payed about $27 a long looong time ago. Now I see them up on eBay for like $9.00

I''ve yet to put mine together... but I found 2 different types... the lame "drift machine" one and the regular "2.5 GT-Twin Turbo L"

When will I get around to these? Who knows x_x I'm still finishing up a MK iV Supra

Course plastic models are better and more detailed than die cast. Also, theyre much easier to mess up too!

Haaaaa! I see how that can be read wrong. What I meant to ask... "how" as in 35% 20% or even 5%. I think I'll just pay the 75 dollars and have the tint shop do it.

Gotcha
