Default moonroof rattles when closed

in my sc moonroof rattles.
Only if fully closed. Try today and found that that glass when full closed moves up and down.
Perhaps someone know how fix it?
thanks
Jerry

If you experience a rattle in the forward moonroof area when it is closed, the pop-up wind deflector is usually the culprit. Place some temporary padding in strategic areas around the wind deflector (especially the 2 velcro pads several inches in from each end) and take it for a test drive. If it works, glue some permanent rubber or foam pads and enjoy the silence.

That shouldn't happen. Bring it to a mechanic.

Jerry,

I have also got problems with the pressure in my car.

For the moonroof - do you mean the same as the sunroof?

If so, there are about 8 bolts holding down the sunroof. Pry off the plastic covers and make sure they are all tight. I believe they are 10mm. Don't know if this will help but it may be worth a try.

Anyway, regardless of what it is called, try what I said. I am replacing my sunroof today or tomorrow so I will look around to see if anything can get loose.

Jerry,

Yes, those are the ones. There should be 2 long ones for the front and back and 2 short ones for the sides. Just use a flat head to pry off the cover and it will expose the bolts. Good luck,

Jonny
