99.999999% that it's the mirror ECU.

Pretty common problem.

Try to find a used one for $100-150 or maybe less!

Default Both of my 94 sc400 pwr window failed

within 6 mos. The first one was repaired under warranty and the second wasn't. I called Lexus and they paid for the labor which was half of the total cost. Obviously there was some design problem.

933005spd,
Have you replaced the mirror ECU yet? or found the problem why the power mirrors don't work?

My 93 SC400 has the same problem. According to the shop manual, the ECU control the interior lights, memory seat, memory tilt wheel...everything work on mine except the mirrors

Default ground

Probably the ECU, but when it occured to me, it was a broken ground wire that went through the door jamb. I guess all of that bending from the door opening/closing broke it. The windows, locks, and mirrors stopped working.
