Here are some pictures of some 60mm gauge pods Im making on the long wodden piece between the center a/c vent and the pass. vent. I removed aribag and shaved the opening on the top of the dast, I dont have a picture of that yet since its getting black seude installed.

I also made the boost guage(first one) a bit further than farther apart and increasd angle from left to right

That is freaking bad ***!! I love it. I almost mounted my guages there too... Your custom work with the pod is just awesome. I just feel bad for the sanding part that you have to do. It is a pain.

Is that PVC piping that you are using for the pod?

 

Not too bad . I used 80 grit wraped around screw driver handle for the round contours. the 80 takes enough off quick but doesnt leave it too rough. Ill post more pics after I finish it.
I got double ended female pvc for $0.50 each. they are a hair bigger than 60mm but shouldnt be a problem

 

We'll see how my leather-wrapped pillar gauge will turn out.
