All that bondo how heavy is it? Are you thinkin of making a mold then fiberglass it so its light? Wouldnt be to hard to do let me know I'll give you a link so you can learn with Video's & stuff helpful stuff.

I know how to make molds and work with fiber glass, Even worked with carbon fiber .
I used light weight bondo its very light. this piece is about 1.5lbs. Im not going to go thru the throuble of making a mold just to save 1lb or so. If weight is that critical take the spare change out of your ashe tray

on the topic of gauge pods any one know that site that sells the a-pillar gauge pods for our cars? i can never remember the name of it
