Is the ride still getting stiffer or has it found its spot?

 

My car didnt come out of the shop on time so i took my brothers gold 240 (S14) but we didnt stay there long cause between noon and 1pm his clutch went out so we had to go home. I think i was the only gold 240 there. Check your PM bud, i might be selling my wheels.

How much can these coilovers lower the car?

 

I only used about 1/2-3/4 of the complete strut assebly length. So it can proally go another inch or so down. Tire rubbing garunteed length .

 

Your TT rims look good with your coilovers (lowering) and the paint!

can you do a more detalied review of these coilovers and what the ride is like? i.e. pro's and cons? I've heard these are way too stiff to use on the street. what are your thoughts? how do they compare to the new Tein CS coilovers?

 

I second that if PJ is still a member on the forums here after all the time since this post was fresh. Now that a clean year and half (slight more maybe) has passed since the install there are a TON of bits of information about the system and his settings/use and tweaks of the setup that can be imparted to us all.

Please PJ, if your still here give us a history report on these describing your time with this D2 setup. TIA

 

He ditched the D2's and went with Megan Racing coilovers .
