Question Lowering Stiffness on coilovers?

Is there any way to soften the stiffness of coilovers? My CX Racing coilovers are only about 190 miles, and it's been extremely stiff since. I feel almost every bump when I'm going through the neighborhood. (Bumpy road neighborhood.)
