Default For your viewing pleasure.....2JZGE in progress

Well I *think* that I can start shoving this thing back into the car, but you know how it goes? Something always happens. Here are some pics of the engine right now. Notice the TRD mount, JUN flywheel, and Spec Stage 3 clutch Yes, yes, I know, very dirty though......

Very nice

How much did the TRD mounts cost you?

Soarer_25GTT: The mounts ended up costing me a little over $300 with the 93-96 Supra short mount brackets (thank you Sound Performance)

O.L.T.: Sorry guy, I meant to put it in the engine section.

*UPDATE*

Well the engine is the car finally, after 4 months of continuously sitting around and occasionally being worked on. Everything (hopefully everything) that I had to do to it when it was out has been done, for now... Here are some happy pics of me (in the wierd long sleeved shirt with the goofy hair) and my buddy, Giraffe (in the red hoodie) in the wonderful but dirty engine bay putting the final touch on the 2JZ.

Thanks JPI, my goal is uncertain yet, but I do know that I wanna run the SP71GTQ with an AEM. And we'll go from there and see what happens

*UPDATE*

The beast HAS started up yesterday late at night OPEN HEADERS too. Nothing like the sound and smell of open headers. It started up perfectly. No hesitation, no leaks (so far), started with half a turn. I'm sooooooooo happy Now gotta start the custom exhaust project. I'll take pics and maybe a lil video clip of the engine running, shooting some nice flames at times.

Anyone got any cam gears for sale??
