I know this has probably been asked sumtime ago, but what is the best performance modification for a 1992 SC300 auto? I can only get 1 thing for my SC (parents rules) excluding an airfilter. What should i get? Oh yeah, i want to keep my price range down around $1000.00 if possible. Thanks

 

I would try to find a torque converter, then perhaps the Greddy MX exhaust system.

Then sell your soul for a turbo from SP or Toyomoto... Its the ultimate grin generator.

Nothing beats the puzzled look on a C5 driver being stomped by a tired 10 year old 6-cylinder coupe.

 

how old are u? hehe.. i think u should get ur hand on a audio sysetem.. most or us have a cva-1005 with the dva 5205.. very nice.. ucan get ur hands on em at a good price if u know where to go... those are alpine if u didnt know.. go luk on ebay..

 

I am 16 years old.
I wanted to get a DVD/TV/Playstation put in my SC a while back but then decided that in a 2 door coupe, where i am mainly the only person in it, all that stuff would only increase weight and decrease performance.

The setup i was thinking about:
-monitor inside glovebox
-Playstation under seat
-DVD/All other components in the trunk (i never really looked into what the other stuff is)
