Default Armrest

So I decided to spray it with the SEM Product color vinyl spray. I went to the local auto paint supplier and we color matched to the seat garnish. I had some spray left over, so I used a prep spray-Bond Aid used for plastic bumpers (and the seat garnish) first. Then I sprayed Sandstone #15143.
The color is a bit lighter, but it really covered the worn area.
I have the replacement covers from Leatherseats.com. But this will get me by until I figure how to release all the glue Lexus used on the armrest.

ditto. I'd do it if it was still smooth as leather to the touch and didn't flake or peel off.

Default SEM Products

The spray can states: "Flexible coating- changes or renews color on most flexible & rigid plastics, carpet, vinyl and velour. It is not a dye. It is fade resistant, flexible and permanent coating".
SEM does not mention leather.
But I thought, what the hell, give it a try before I rip off the old leather. I should have done this 3 years ago.
The painted leather surface is smooth.
I may try the spray on the Dead man Pedal and carpet that surrounds it, too.
