Hey Folks! Well, the orange needle on my fuel gage is starting to flicker. The whole needle doesn't do it, just a small portion in the middle. It's fine upon startup, but after a while, it begins to flicker. I seem to recall others writing in about this as well, but don't know what the fix is short of having to replace the needle (more trouble than it's probably worth).
Anybody have an easy fix for this one? Doc?
TIA!

nope...no easy fix... only way is to replace the needle and you can't get those from the dealer unless you get the whole gauge assembly. which really blows. if you find anyone just selling needles. i need one badly for my speedo.. let me know

Email me, todd@tmengineering.net

There are 4 people asking about these, so the first $40/each + Shipping takes them.

Unhappy

thanx for the replies. It seems like althought the needles are a simple replacement, getting to them and having to take the dash apart appears to be alot more work than it may be worth. Or is it relatively easy to get at the needles? My fuel needle is the culprit.
