vibration on the rear passenger side
I have a slight vibration on the rear passenger side of the car when i drive. Its not the Tranny cause it shifts and responds great. I had just serviced my rear diff changing the fluid. Could this be due to the bushings, or wheel bearings? Or could it be the drive shaft bushing? Something else ?
All help is appreciated

yes check the wheels....or it could be the tires..i know when i got my car they said that i had a bad wheel bearing..on the rear right side..but it was fine and i have had no problems with it at all..

Here's something I pulled out of the FAQ that I'm compiling. Seems that removing a metal plate solves some vibrating noise and makes the base louder.

If you would have read the post then you would have realized that it also gets rid of some squaks and rattles. Please go and reread the post before replying to this one.

i would live with little rattles and squeeks rather than risk harm in event of crash. Nowhere on that post does it say that it gets "RID" of rattles and squeeks. Everyone who said anything about it said that it reduced it. Nothing about eliminating the rattle or squeeks.
In my case I had some squeeks and rattles... almost metalic in nature....
solution was
there are square brackets on the rear deck, 2 of them one on each side right in between the sub and the rear speakers... one of them had fallen off and it was wedged between the gas tank and the rear firewall. They snap back on. I didn't find it the 1st of the 2nd time i looked, but found it the 3rd time(it had moved around apparently)
Please go and reread the post before replying to THIS one. not picking a fight. Just wanted to let you know I read it right the first time

yes. I've read it, and NO it does not get rid of rattles and squaks. It reduced it. Naturally because you are letting more air out of the confined space into the cabin of the car instead of it have it reverberating inside the closed space. This in turns means the rattles and squeeks were not fixed.

. My bad about saying it got "rid" of the squeeks and rattles when I should have said "reduced" the squeeks and rattles. And i'm not trying to start a fight either... that's why CL is so much better than supraforums
Good post
Accept my appologies my good sir *sticks out hand*
