My new wheels finally came from Japan. I'm somewhat disappointed. I think they made a mistake. They had plenty og these wheels that would have fit. The purpose of waiting so long was to get custom made to the car so I would get better lip and perfect fitment. That's what I was told. Didn't happen. I got no lip in front and only a little in the rear. I could have got that without waiting almost 3 months. Even the head guy was confused. The salesman was not there today and couldn't answer the question. We called but he didn't pick up. We also wanted to verify the price he quoted, he didn't put anything in their computer. And I got the wrong size. I got 8.5 and 9.5. That's okay but not what I ordered. To be honest, the old crap wheels look better to me. I was so tempted to keep them. Anyway, here they are.

One thing I noticed immediately...steering response was terrific with the lighter wheels. That's good.

I agree, there's not much of a lip but the wheels are beautiful.

EDIT - I see you plan on keeping these, all you need is a drop now.

I think they look good. I also agree a bigger lip would look better. I'm sure you'll end up liking them, just drop the car and all will be well.

They look like chrome volk gt-c's, I like them, and agree that it would look much better with a lower stance. Looks good now though!

Those wheels should have a deeper look Reg but they are still nice, no way it should have taken 3 months to get Maya/Maido, unacceptable. Now just add a suspension drop and 275/30's on the rear and they will grow on you overnight.

After posting the pics I left to wash the car and take more pics. When I saw the car I stopped in my tracks. I guess that means it will grow on me faster than I thought.

your car looks cool! i like the wheels those side skirts seem to sit a bit too high though, compared to your front and rear lips.

I don't want to take the thread on a trip but the kit looks that way because it's a mixed set. Front is Wisesports, sides are 97+ oem and rear is Erebuni. I like the way it came out. The rear matches the front lip. Main thing is no one else's car is the same.

Hey reggie the wheels look great!!! I think the wheels look great, but you know I'm going to tell you to lower your SC.Either springs or coilovers...Drop or no drop your car looks great...

holy crap batman them are some sweet wheels

reg , they look fantastic.... 10 times better then the zennetti ..lip action is not everything , they make them look more like 20's that fit right then oversized lipped 19in.

great choice , i hope some teins cs are in the future for that stance would set it off perfectly and maybe jic exaust and maybe BOOOOOOOOOST , just thinking out loud
