Erratic fan Speed
I just got a 97 SC 300 and the fan for the a/c surges and drops. It sound like a wind storm. Any obviouse solutions I should check or perform. It also seems that the manual speed control does not work. I push the speed up and down and it does the same surging and dropping of fan speed.
I checked the a/c view glass under the hood and it has moments of evident airbubles and moments of non. About every 5 to 10 seconds.
