there are 2 plastic covers on each side of the steering wheel that pop off...

then there are 2 torx screws on each side to loosen...

then the airbag should come out and unplug it from the steering wheel

lastly, there is a bolt in the center of the wheel...

I did this awhile back, I think that is the right procedure....you might want to unplug the battery before trying any of this...

My '95 Supra Turbo supra steering wheel should be arriving mid-may - it should bolt on problems free. MrJohnTan did this and it looks cool IMO. Plus, I got it for $150 shipped with the airbag

Any aftermarket wheel with a supra hub should fit as well. I've also heard that late-model Lexus 3-spoke steering wheels fit too....

Dont forget to drive down the street a little bit to make sure the wheel is straight before you put everything back together. I didnt realize I put the wheel back on off center just a hair until I put everything back together.

Hey Slick- It may be a good idea to disconnect your battery first.

Hey Slick- That was already mentioned

If i remember correctly, the horn and cruise control are connected via a single harness. I forgot what the color was. The airbag is the bright yellow harness.... cant miss it.

FIRST!!!! Disconnect the battery!!! A discharged AIRBAG can KILL YOU!!!

Secondly, find the airbag fuse!!! Take it out!!!

Thirdly, step on the brake once then release and wait at least 10 MINUTES...

Next, ground yourself, by touching something metal in your car...

Next put on a pair of latex gloves...

Now follow CleanSC instuctions!!! Clean, is that car still TIGHT?!

I hope this helps.
