i had problems wit the rear skirt also. But, that was because supposely the skirt wasn't meant for the 97+ rear bumper. So, I just had my body shop, cut the inner lining of the JIC rear skirt out, and it fitted. I been trying to take pictures of it, but its just to damn cold to clean it!!!
