I think they discontinued the non-airbag steering wheel in the 1997+ Soarers (or your 98+ SC's). I don't think Lexus ever sold the SC without at least a driver's airbag. If you're after an airbag cover for your SC you'll most probably have better luck sourcing it off a V8 GT-LTD model over any of the others as it was an option on the other Soarers (2.5GT, 3.0GT, even the base model 4.0GT I think).
