cushion mount for the CD changer?

I just got my '95 with the 12-disk changer. I've heard they're problematic, but I guess I'm lucky 'cause this one still works. The only issue is that it occasionally skips when I hit a bump, so I'm thinking of trying to mount it with more cushioning somehow. Just wondering if anyone has addressed this before? I suppose I could try just not hitting bumps, but some roads make that difficult.

No ideas? Has anyone at least removed/replaced the changer? I'm sure I can poke around and figure it out, but some guidance would be helpful. Then I can figure out how to add some kind of cushioning.

You could try some rubber grommets and longer bolts. Mine works still but I rarely use it on account of my car being lowered on coilovers so it skips pretty badly.
