Default violent shaking while starting

Hi everyone,

I recently picked up a 95 sc400 as a project that hasn't been on the road in 10ish years, i replaced the gas tank, and did an oil change and got it started and drove it around the neighborhood.

The other day I tried to start it up and all i heard was a machine gun noise and some violent shaking and sounds like it might be grinding against the flywheel. I know it's not coming from a low charge battery since I tried the battery out of my daily sc300 and still the same thing.
Does anyone know if the starter could of **** the bed, if somethings misaligned, or the flywheel itself is ****ed up?
I attached a video with the sound of it.

I would check the access port in the transmission, to check if there're anything in there lodged somewhere, now I don't know if the autos have said access port.... 2nd I would check motor mounts to ensure they're not broken or separated which may cause a shift in the engine bay. Ultimately odds are the starter is seized, you may have gotten a free turnover the first time you turned it on and may have given in right after.

Did some diagnosing, on the brightside it didn't end up being the starter but it seems like it dropped a rod :/ no idea why it happened since oil levels were good and i did an oil change before i even started it.
