Actually there have been a bunch of real world tests of it now, and it delivers over 500 miles of range.
Edmunds did their 70mph range test which is a decent indicator of real world range (if you drive like a normal person). It was over 500 miles...very impressive.

In the photo I provided. One container looks pink and one looks red. Probably the red is due to the shadow.

Will take another look once there are more bonnet photos.

Yes I have brought some Toyota SLLC made in Japan. the colour of it hasn’t changed for years compared to what’s filled at the factory.

Why is everyone getting hung up on coolant dye that engine bay is a disaster. Looks like two heat exchangers and spaghetti hose hell.

Thanks for the pics, Lexus Champion. After 9 years of Model S ownership, I'm ready to replace my baby. I like the exterior design, color and all so I put down the $500 deposit on my local dealer yesterday and of course the salesman doesn't know too much about the RZ or EV in general. I never own any Lexus but drove my brother's NX before and do like the quality and reliability. After watching the RZ announcement video and Lexus website. I have a few questions and appreciate if anyone can help me here:
1. Panoramic roof with optional auto dimming: I really don't like the sun very much when driving. Does the auto-dimming block the sun? Should I tint the roof to prevent too much heat?
2. Is there any Napa leather seat option?
3. Just a little disappointed on the range (225 miles) and charging speed (150KW?) as opposed to Tesla and others like the Korean brands (Hyundai, Kia and Genesis). Trust me, I know when I traveled with my Model S (250KW) even though Tesla has very good Supercharging network. I wish Toyota/Lexus is serious about the first EV platform.

I can answer the first question..yes it will auto-dim and should prevent excess heat, this is my experience with other autos with the glass roof. As far as the second question, I don't know, but this being a Lexus you may be able to option out a lot of stuff. Yes, range is a little disappointing, my Polestar 2 with 90 percent charge can eek out 220 miles...and I'm at 408 hp and awd. Also I have support for 350 kW superchargers, but it does start to peak after 80 percent and drops down to between 58 kW and 43 kW, but I am able to get from 30 or 40 percent to 80 percent in about 25 minutes on a 150 kW supercharger

The electrochromic dimming roof is the same one used in the current Venza, so you can look up the Venza forums and see how effective they are at blocking the heat from the sun. My guess is they will be less effective than a proper shade, but better than the non-shaded roofs that depend on just the tint.

Neither the NX or RX have any Nappa leather option, so I doubt it would be an option at this level. I have a feeling the semi-aniline leather in the Luxury models of the current RX would not make its way to this car either. Likely the suede/Nuluxe option on the F-Sport, and maaaybe the base leather on the Luxury models. But that's just a guess.

The Korean triplets (IONIQ 5, EV6, GV60) and the RAV4 Prime, along with the Mitsu Outlander PHEV can already do that too.
