Forget the PIAAs for the DRLs. I tried them and wasted my money. Since the bulb is exposed in that large housing the shading doesn't really reduce the yellowness of the halogen bulb. Basically only looks a little less yellow than stock.
The Fogs are another story, since the housing is a lot smaller it'll come out looking more white at night. If you look at it directly though the bulb will be yellow. No getting rid of the yellow in a halogen bulb.
If you want that white/bluish look for the DRLs go with the LEDs. Comes out looking a lot better than driving with your Xenon's on during the day as well.
