Default changing custom personalized settings without dealer

I'd like to know if anyone has been able to change the personalized settings without having to go to a dealer?

According to this post, only the dealer can do it:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...-settings.html

This one mentions an expensive tool which is required:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...d-setting.html

This one gives a list of features that can be set by the user for the IS -- anyone try this on an RX?

I've not done it without the dealer, but when I have had the car in for some other service, and I act friendly and helpless, they will change something for me without charge.
My lady friends tell me that a pushup bra and a V-tee work just as well.

I think I'd get arrested if I wore a push-up bra and V tee into my dealership

So, to seriously answer the OP's question -- no, for most of the items listed in the LPS sheet you need the dealer and his wonderful tool to make these changes for you. There are a few, as noted in the LPS document, you can change if you have the NAV system, but they are specific to the NAV and do not apply if you do not have such.

Had mine disabled, I hated it moving around all the time.
