It shouldn't cost anything considering there is another free 10K service. And also the 4-year warranty.

The cost can vary depending on the dealer. Some will do for free at service others will charge.

There is a whole list of vehicle options available. I am sorry but can not find the list, but I know others will be able to point you in the right direction.

The below site references the 450h and I assume it's the same for the 350.

The Rain Sense Wipers will stay enabled to be triggered by rain.
The stalk has four (4) and a half positions...
The top position is only momentary and sweeps the arms once..."mist" (1/2 of a position...)
Second one down is "Off"...suitable for carwashes (the arms will lose the battle against wash rollers!)
Third down is "Auto" approximately horizontal, dial in your preference using the ring switch...up for more, down for less
Next down is constant low speed, bottom is constant high speed. Note: Auto will go to High Speed in heavy rain
Twist the end cap up for rear wiper
Pull stalk toward the wheel to wash the front, press stalk toward the dash to wash the rear.
To raise the arms away from the hood to change blades...
turn off the car...hold the stalk to "mist" for 5-10 seconds...they will sweep up and stop

The change I had them make was to change how many blinks on the turn signal when tapped. I change mine from the normal three to five and it is a lot better for me.

Is there a retail tool available so owners can make 'Dealer Only' changes without taking it to a dealer? I'd like to try some changes but maybe I won't like them after living with them a while. It would be nice to try things but have the easy ability to back out the changes myself.

Agreed, I am with you but they do add new features a few times a year.
