I have a 2023 RX350H. I am trying to save my home and work destination to the navigation system. The manual says to that through the Lexus app on your phone. I did that and then pressed “ send to car”. The app confirmed it was sent . But when I go the the car’s navigation system, it says no home or work destinations have been recorded. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You shouldn’t need the app to set up Home and Work. I’ve never heard of that. Yes, you can send destinations to the system via the App. Once you send it, there should be a setting in the to set it as HOME.
However, it’s not a good idea to set your actual home as HOME. If your car is stolen away from home. The thief can press HOME and know that you are not home and go right there.
You need to go into the app and specifically save the address under Home. Not send it to the car. In the app, click on Find>Destinations>Home. Type the address in and click "Save".
I believe when you send it to the car that's technically for destinations where you're going. Then when the map comes up it should already be in there.I could be incorrect though, I like to set the home for myself. It feels great when I hear my lexus chime knowing i'm home.
This has been quirky. I did another post on this. It would not accept my home or work in the app. I made each a destination in the app and found an option to designate as "home" or "work". That was successful.

Good idea!
Add to that “don’t post the fact that you’re on vacation on FB, until after you get home”
I never list my home address believing someone can use that info. But, your address is also on the registration and insurance ID so I'm not sure what good it does. And yes, I second never posting your on vacation or away from home until after you return. Took FOREVER to teach Ms AlmostJake that tidbit.
