I didn't know availability of oem hitch was an issue.

I've one on order with the dealer installed hitch. Maybe i should ask the dealer to pre order the hitch to make sure it's there when the car arrives.

That is what the dealer told me. Curt and Draw-tite have hitches though. Except neither has the wiring adapter yet. There is a Lexus part though that might work for that. Or Torklift's.

FYI Torklift has told me they will have a whole bunch of these hitches in the next couple of weeks as they are now mainstream production.

I noticed on Lexus’s website that they no longer mention the towing package and they have a hitch that appears to fit with the stock bumper. Maybe they decided to install the tow wire converter from the factory. The tow package was very inexpensive, I wonder if all that the package previously included was the converter. Mine should arrive towards the end of the month. I’ll let you know if it has the converter installed.

When I asked the dealer about Lexus hitch availability they said no ETA. And it was crazy expensive. This was yesterday.

that is my theory, too. No one has been able to post pictures or part numbers for different radiators or such. The price is too low to be any more than the tow converter, imo.

Default 2024 RX350 FSport hitch

I am looking into adding a hitch to my new 2024 RX350 FSport and learned it would be need another bumper and a short kick sensor installed as well as the exhaust lowered to install the receiver. I wanted to be able to haul my bicycle. Has anyone else installed a hitch and figured out something else to haul bikes?

I'm happy with the Torklift EcoHitch that I installed on my RX.
I used the official Lexus Tow Converter to take care of wiring.

I would agree with CommodoreAmiga on this one. Torklift's hitch is a bit pricey but, it is stainless steel, the receiver comes off when not in use and now you're in "stealth" mode. For what it is, the Lexus OEM hitch is a bit overpriced, like most of the Lexus dealer accessories and it is a PITA to install. I believe that the bumper cover has to be removed. The Torklift does not require bumper removal. I've already installed the Lexus tow converter and will be soon ordering the Torklift unit

I bought the U-Haul one: https://www.uhaul.com/Trailer-Hitche...l-Wheel-Drive/
The installation is a little tricky to do by just one person. I recommend having a friend helping you ...

Hidden hitch confirmed via email that they don’t make one for 5th gen. Anyone else know netter hidden hitch?

Coincidently I reached out to rackattack yesterday to understand pricing and lead time for the Torklift mentioned earlier in this thread and the other thread in this forum. It is a two week turnaround because they do not stock it and it is $1050 CAD plus tax (not installed). Take a look and investigate if it is what you want.
