Tires for 21” Wheels
I've had factory tires on new cars only last 20,000 miles on a couple cars. It was suggested that the factory's criteria was low rolling resistance (for MPG) and low road noise.
Then, you could have factory-fitted tires suggested for GRIP, not WEAR. I heard that the treadwear rating on the Lamborghini Urus is only 80!!!
Our 4000-mile RX500 still has 99% of its tread left, though. If they were Pirellis they would be half worn.

They are highway, all season tires and from looking at the tread on my 21’ Goodyears, I do not see them doing well in the snow. “Snow”, like a dusting on the roads, they might do. Solid 2-3 inches of snow on the roads, avoid steep hills. 6-8 inches of snow, carry survival gear in the cargo area.

Ask and you shall receive only if what you want to receive exists. I don't believe that Michelins are an OEM choice for the 21 inch new RX. I think it's Goodyear or Bridgestone. Mine has Goodyears. I don't think Michelin even makes a tire in this size, YET.
Pennsylvania has never required a front license plate. So none of the cars here come drilled.

If you downsize the wheel size but maintain the circumference of the tire, you will be good to go...and you will have a softer ride and better MPG.
Just checked discount tire and costco again and they are still showing no availability for this 21 inch tire. Tire track still shows availability but if you need a tire today because of road hazard and out of town it would be a problem. Firestone dealer here told me because of this oddball size it would be a good idea to go ahead and buy 4 and stock them at home. Even Lexus dealer does not stock this odd size tire.
