Default 2025 RX350h issues

Hey Guys,

Wanted to check if anyone else had experienced issues with struts and alignment with new 2025 rx350h.I started seeing issues with car pulling right within 3-4 days of ownership.

Service team informed that the strut needs to be replaced(to be ordered) and there was a slight alignment issue as well. It has been extremely frustrating to see issues with new car and that too from Lexus known for its reliability and Quality standards

No manufacturer has a perfect record. Lexus is at the top though and it sounds like they are making it right

Faulty parts sometimes happen, that's what any manufacturers warranty is for. Let them fix it & don't be discouraged.

My struts were okay, but the alignment was bad from the factory on my RX500h. It took the dealer 2 attempts to get the alignment right. Their master tech ended up having to do it. He said the rear steering is finicky and you have to set everything up just right otherwise the rear will not track straight -- especially noticeable when braking.
