Default Running Boards RX450H+

Does anyone have the Lexus running boards (PT93848230) on an RX450H+? The accessory part from Lexus lists compatibility with every other RX variant. My dealership says their system doesn't show a running board part number for the RX450H+. (The Lexus parts website doesn't even list the RX450H+)

As a side note - even this forum doesn't list the RX450H+ as an option in the signature line.

Update: Just took delivery and my RX450h+ (built in Japan...idk if they all are) came pre-drilled with running board holes.

In the forum linked above there's a photo of an RX450h+ sold on Maui with OEM Lexus running boards.

The 'felt' underliner on my car has indentation lines that form a square - cut it away and running board mounting holes are revealed. I checked both sides of the car just to be sure.

Lexus parts website and dealerships are inconsistent - most do not show the RX450h+ and when I entered my VIN it came back as unrecognized.

I hope this helps some one - so far the accessory parts I've ordered "for an RX350h" have fit the plug-in.

To confirm you order 350H ones and you were able to screw them in with existing holes? I got look under. Thanks for details and confirmation

Watch this space…I am ordering part no. PT938-48230.

According to the Lexus website, when configuring an RX450h+ the running board accessory showed this part number.

Lexus USA and Lexus dealership part websites list this part as compatible with every other RX variant.

The mounting holes on my 450h+ match the general description of the mounting location described by non-plugin owners who have successfully installed running boards.

Will update if I am correct or have made a very expensive mistake.

Thanks, here is picture of the holes, the ones by rear of the wheels would be easy to see at they would not be covered by covers under screws.

Yes, I saw those uncovered but plugged holes. I wanted to be absolutely certain that all three mounting points on both sides were present. Side note: the "felt" is extremely stiff and difficult to pull back for a glimpse.

Unfortunately the Lexus dealership I ordered from (I won’t name them at this time) has not provided updates on my order. I may have to open a dispute with the credit card company. I will definitely update when I am able.
