Hi, can someone please explain is there a feature where the car steers itself by following the lane lines. If yes, how do I enable it on a 2025 RX350h? I am still learner the new features of the car and would like to activate this for my long commute.
There's a lot of features named "Assist" and some of them are tied to cruise control which I don't want to enable for what I want. thanks
You can't enable LKAS without cruise control. They're linked together.
You can get some very minor lane-departure mitigation, but it's both minor assistance and very late to intervene. You could not possibly rely on it for steering.
@slowflak , if your 350H has these steering wheel buttons, you can engage the lane tracing assist feature. But you do need to use cruise control along with it as @CommodoreAmiga mentions.
If you want to try it, push button 1 first to set your speed, then button 2 to activate the “steers itself” function. You will need to keep your hands in contact with the steering wheel periodically or the system will deactivate.
