I got the following estimate from a dealership on a 2025 Rx 350 Premium in 34230 zip. I am trying to figure out if this is a decent deal.
Here are the specs:
They definitely trying to add lots of useless items. Another challenge is there seems to be almost no inventory. A lot of cars on lexus.com are showing as "en route" to most of the local dealerships.

unless you practically live in your car, Sirius isn’t worth it. I had it on a new 2016 vehicle. Three months free then $10 a month. After three months I called to cancel. They offered $5 a month for twelve months. I took that. I extended it for three more years then dropped it. So, refuse this add on and negotiate directing with Sirius IF you really want it.
Black overlays. I wouldn’t pay for it.
Cross bars. Unless you’re actually going to use them, refuse them. They make the car look more like a station wagon, in my opinion.
Cables?? BS! You can buy all that on Amazon for about twenty bucks.
Tell your sales person what you don’t want BEFORE the car gets to the port. And if it gets to the dealer, everything is removable except the blackouts, and I’d refuse to pay for that.
Back in the day, people used Truecar to see what others were getting off MSRP - is this still reliable? I'm showing around $1000 off MSRP for the 350h in the Raleigh, NC area.

I'd say it shows an upper limit -- don't pay more than that, since you'd be getting hosed. However, TrueCar is really a lead-generation tool for dealerships -- that's the true purpose. So I wouldn't trust it to give you the best deal.
A lot on Reddit r/Lexus are reporting that the RX350h is selling at MSRP in most places around the US. If you get a discount, it will be $500-1000, no more. Most are sold and are "in transit" from the factory.

I bought mine in transit Feb 2024 - arm wrestled for roughly $2K off MSRP. Car was delivered roughly five weeks later.
