One interesting thing I learned today. Toyota part numbers that end with "AZ" or "YZZ" are aftermarket made for Toyota parts. So, the difference in the two oil filters listed above could just be, one made in Japan, & one made elsewhere.

AZ are economy Toyota parts.

90915-YZZN1 is an original oil filter made in Thailand where they make their oil filter for the whole world.

Is there enough room to get under without jacking it up? Or even drive it up some 2x6 wood?

I would say no to getting away with not jacking it up. Not sure about the 2 x 6's.

I agree that there is not enough height to get underneath. All you need is a pair of ramps, such as Rhino ramps. Well worth the small cost. They will last for years!
