Hello,

I downloaded the last update of map data from Lexus Tech, and during the update, I got an error code of FFFF0008 and an error description of 40025043c.

Now the navigation does not work....

 

Nav is all cloud based. There are no CD/USB files to download.

What exactly did you download and for what vehicles did the instructions state they were applicable?

I am surprised the vehicle would even attempt to load files.

 

what year and vehicle do you have?
2023+ RX is cloud based map
