Dear all here
I have a car, 2023 Lexus RX500h 2.4L Gasoline, USA spec
Currently, car's engine starting is normally with push-start button with key but for the remote engine starter by key is not work after no power in battery (open doors without start engine long time until car can not start)
-Frist step, I do health check with toyota techstream
*Smart access module, Main body module, Power source control module and Back door control module have the same dtc code
*U111787 Lost communication with Accessory Gateway Missing Message
-Second step, I do dtc clearing
*Power source control module and Back door control dtc was cleared
*Smart access module and Main body module still have the same dtc code
-Third step, I do initialize in Main body module but it's still have 1 dtc code in Smart access module
Please give me the right way or suggestion to fix this problem please

Is the car legally registered with Lexus/Toyota to communicate?
